Priscilla Marlar of Wayland, Iowa wins Fairfield, Iowa's version of American Idol - Superstars Competition Finals - at the Sondheim Center on April 17, 2010, covering Linda Ronstadt's rendition of George & Ira Gershwin's song "Someone to Watch Over Me". The audience would not let her leave after winning without another song. The contestants were not prepared for singing a third song so Priscilla chose her first selection with a little coaxing. Priscilla has been a featured soloist for the Southeast Iowa Symphony, and is a student at Iowa Wesleyan College.
